Before applying for birth certificate, take a hard copy of these documents.

1. Original Tazkira with a hard copy or valid Afghan passport.
2. Original IDCard of the host country with a hard copy.
3. Two (2) pieces 3×4 color photo.
4. English or other translations of Tazkira (not necessary if not available).
5. 5. Original Afghan passport with a hard copy (not necessary if not available).
